Voice Dialogue Therapy

Voice Dialogue is a method that explores our inner parts or "selves" that make up our whole personality or psyche.  By listening to these inner selves, and noticing their desires and perspectives, we get a clearer idea of our inner conflicts and create opportunities for separating from those energies that keep us stuck or hold us back.

We have living within us a myriad of selves, each with their own interests, thoughts, feelings, opinions and energies.

These selves, which we refer to as sub-personalities, voices, or aspects of our consciousness, often have a great influence on our lives and the choices we make on a daily basis.
